We believe that exercising makes you feel better physically and mentally no matter your age.

Using interval training while exercising is a great way to control your intensity level and build your stamina.

By combining walking and jogging together you can burn more calories than just walking but reduce the stress on your body if you only jogged. By controlling the amount of walking and jogging in your workout, you can work at your comfort level.

We created Walk-Jog to be your interval training helper. It tells you (using audio cues) what to do and when.
